Distance Learning Workshop 4: Knowledge Management Methodology: K-STREAM and Its Core Tools, Part 2
KM Strategies are implemented through Policies, Programs, and Projects, using
techniques and tools. Such implementations are done best when they are done
systematically. This workshop is the second of three focused on K-STREAM (tm),
KMCI's methodology for implementing KM Programs and Projects, and also its core
tools. The Workshop will cover: Impact models, ROI and Benefits; Recap of
K-STREAM Phase 1; Precipia, Inc.'s DIANE (tm) Knowledge Infrastructure Software
Tool Presentation; Possible uses of DIANE in your organization; Exercise 1:
Performing a Knowledge Processing Gap Analysis; Business Performance Modeling
and Measurement Schemes; K-STREAM Phase 2: the Decision Phase; Exercise 2:
Performing the Decision Phase.

one week or earlier from the date you want to take it. After that time, you may
still be able to enroll in the Workshop, if others have already scheduled it.
But if it hasn't been scheduled, you still may not be able to enroll if another
